Reserve Cut is one of the most high end steakhouses in Manhattan, specifically located in the Financial District. It is the current OG. The space is low key massive. We would say that 3 things stand out about this place; the vibe, the service, and the quality. The ambiance is beautiful and you never feel like you are either on top of another table or yelling over the din. The service is absolutely impeccable. Is the menu the most original? No. is the menu big or diverse. Still no. So why go here? Because your just looking for a nice meal where you are taken care of. Nothing too complicated.
