CoBea is a very casual coffee shop that offers breakfast related foods. Its technically sit down but looks also like a grab and go type place. This closes early (per Monsey dairy usual) so don't anticipate using this place as a replacement for an evening Starbucks type date.
This is more like an early morning grab something on the way to work or a pit stop during the day on the way to somewhere else. This is more causal looking than Manche Pani, looks more like pizza shop vibes, maybe slightly nicer or just less greasy.
