Top of the Rock Observation Desk is a 3 tiered observation deck on the 67th, 69th, and 70th floor of 30 Rockefeller Center Plaza with a 360 degree panoramic view. Advanced reservations suggested but not required. If you print out tickets in advance, you can bypass the ticket line
