Requires reservations (visitor capacity controlled):
New York State residents and New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut students, the amount you pay for tickets is up to you. On the day you visit, go to a Met ticket desk and present a valid ID. No advance registration is required. It is not free, just less. Outside food and drinks besides water is not permitted.

Hours: Sunday–Tuesday and Thursday: 10 am–5 pm
Extended Hours: Friday and Saturday: 10 am–9 pm

Parking: Limited public parking is available in our garage for a fee. The garage entrance is located at Fifth Avenue and 80th Street.
