Cancellations of bookings must be made online via the central booking system or at golf reception at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in the loss of any booking fees paid.

It is essential that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled event time. Late arrivals will result in lost time from your booking as your event time will not be extended. Be prepared to start and end promptly based on the times of your booking. Attendees will be required to promptly vacate the bays at the end of your booked time.

While we do accept walk-ins, you will be placed on the same list as the online waitlist in the order you join. Our waitlist system operates on a first-come, first-served basis, based on when you are added to the waitlist (online or in person), not based on your arrival time
